When Did You Last Do Something Just For You?

Not a bubble bath or an early night. Something that made you feel like you again. Like the version of you that has plans, dreams and things she's excited about.

You have things you want right? Places you want to go, feelings you want to feel, a life that looks a little different from the one you're currently living. You think about it sometimes, usually late at night or in the car, and then the day picks back up and it gets buried again.

You deserve a morning to actually do something about it.

A Vision Board Isn't a Pretty Collage. It's a Decision.

You gather everything that represents the life you want, the goals, the adventures, the feelings, the version of yourself you're growing into. It can be pictures, quotes, post it notes, any visual reminders of the life and things you want to attract.

A vision board works best when you put it somewhere you can see every day. Something that reminds you, on the Tuesday mornings when you're feeling crappy or when life feels small, exactly what you're building towards.

I've been doing this for years, I love a good vision board, you can usually find one in my bedroom. I also love looking back at old vision boards and seeing how much has come true, goals I'd forgotten I'd set, dreams I'd ignored, that are now just ordinary parts of my life, it’s a surreal feeling, that never gets old.

It works. And it's genuinely one of the most enjoyable things you can do for yourself.

On Saturday 20th June I’ve put together an opportunity for women who are ready to spend a morning creating their very own vision board.

What to expect on the day

  • Everything you need to make your vision board, provided

  • Tea, coffee, cake and fruit throughout

  • Good music and a genuinely relaxed, creative atmosphere

  • A finished vision board in your hands by 12.30pm

One thing worth knowing: if there are very specific images or goals you want on your board, bring printed copies with you. The more personal you make it, the more powerful it becomes.

You Don't Need to Know Anyone. That's Kind of the Point.

One more thing before you talk yourself out of it.

Some of the best mornings happen when you arrive alone, because you're completely open to what, and who, the morning brings. This is a room full of women who get it. Who are craving the same thing you are. A bit of space. A bit of connection. A reminder that their dreams are still worth paying attention to.

If you're new to the area or just wondering where on earth to meet new people, this is your answer. Not a networking event. Not a night out. Just a relaxed, real morning with women you'll actually want to see again.

Come alone. Come with a friend. Come as you are.

"This felt like we were having a heart to heart conversation. It's so personal and validating. It's a reminder to breathe."

Vision Board Workshop · Summer Solstice Saturday 20th June · 10am – 12.30pm · Gordon Memorial Hall, Castle Douglas

The Summer Solstice is a time to reflect on your personal growth and the meaning of the season of light and expansion. It’s a time of renewal and abundance. So it felt like a perfect day to host this.

Early bird tickets close 17th May at £19.99. After that it's £24.99.

20 spaces. That's it. This won't be rescheduled, it won't be repeated and the early bird won't be extended.

Changed your mind within 48 hours? Full refund, no awkwardness.

Your dreams matter as much as your responsibilities. This morning is proof of that.

Here's the truth.

You could keep meaning to do something for yourself. Keep thinking about what you want. Keep saying "maybe next month" to the version of you that's waiting for you to pay attention to her.

Or you could spend one Saturday morning in June actually doing it.

FAQs

Do I need to know anything about vision boarding? Nothing at all. The process is fully guided. Curious and willing is enough.

What if I'm not sure what I want yet? That's actually the best reason to come. Women arrive fuzzy and leave focused.

I don't know anyone. Will that be weird? Hand on heart, no. Most women come alone. You'll wonder why you nearly didn't come.

What do I actually walk away with? A finished vision board. A clearer head. And very likely a few women you'll want to see again.

What if I need to cancel? Let me know within 48 hours of booking and you'll get a full refund.
