I spent 13 years founding and building an organisation from nothing, securing over £1.2 million in funding, landing contracts with Amazon Prime and leading a team that proved what's possible when vision meets strategy. No roadmap. No guarantee. Just a refusal to stop until it was real.
And while I was building that I was rebuilding myself. My finances, my relationships, my health, my sense of who I actually was outside of what I was creating. Not because I had it all figured out. Because I decided that figuring it out was worth the effort.
That's what I bring to every person and every organisation I work with. Not theory. Lived experience. Real strategy. And an unshakeable belief that the life and the organisation you want to build is not only possible, it's closer than you think.
