Strategy and Organisational Development
You know where you want to go. The gap between ambition and execution is where most organisations get stuck. I close that gap. Drawing on 13 years of founding and leading, I work with you to build a strategy that is honest, specific and built to be executed.
Facilitation
I design and deliver team days, leadership sessions, team training and away days that change how people think, work and show up for each other. As a trained 4 Seasons Behaviour Profile Practitioner I bring real depth to team culture and behavioural work. I've delivered sessions for Creative Edinburgh on productivity for creatives, presented research on Black creatives in Scotland's creative sector at the Edinburgh International Festival and led funding seminars and senior leadership training and finance training across Be United.
Whether the room needs to think differently, work better together, understand the funding landscape or develop the leaders within it, people leave with more clarity, more confidence and the tools to actually do something with both.
Funding Strategy
I've secured over £1.2 million in funding during my time at Be United and have supported private clients to secure a further £70,000 in grant funding. I know what funders look for and how to build a case that stands out. I don't write your application. I work with you to develop the strategy, sharpen your thinking and make sure you're going after the right funding for the right reasons.

Leadership, equity, goal setting, funding and what it actually takes to build something from nothing into something that matters. I bring the kind of honesty to a room that makes people put down their phones, lean forward and leave thinking differently.
I've spoken at Glasgow Film Theatre, the Edinburgh International Festival and Be United's Creative Partnerships conference. Based in Scotland, available virtually and very happy to travel.

A little more about me.
I founded Be United with nothing but a vision and spent 13 years building it into a nationally recognised, multi-year funded organisation. I secured over £1.2 million in funding, landed an Amazon Prime contract that put £80,000 directly into Scotland's Black community and built a team that delivered 38 events, 19 programmes and reached over 27,000 people.
I did all of that while rebuilding my own life from the ground up. My finances, my relationships, my health and my sense of self.
I am a Clore Leadership Fellow, a Fellow of the School of Social Entrepreneurs, a graduate of Just Enterprise's Senior Leadership Programme and a trained 4 Seasons Behaviour Profile Practitioner.
I don't teach what I've studied. I teach what I've learnt, built and proven. There is a difference. And you'll feel it the moment we work together.
